Important information for those consumers who have to be careful about ingredients.

In order to offer as much help as possible to consumers we have asked all our suppliers to clarify whether their products are suitable for those on special diets.

	Alcohol Free
Products showing this icon do not contain alcohol. However, cross-contamination may occur in some instances so they will not be suitable for allergy sufferers. This icon only applies to selected items in our Luxury Indulgence section.
	Nut Free
We have a selected number of suppliers, the most important being a British company called Kinnerton, who supply us with chocolate that has been produced in a nut free environment. Products showing this icon mean that the chocolate either comes from a factory where there are no nuts on site or that our chocolates are manufactured in part of the factory that is kept nut free.
	0-3 Warning
Unsuitable for children aged under 36 months.
	Gluten Free
Items with this icon have been verified by our suppliers as being free from Gluten.Other products may contain gluten as an ingredient or as a by-product of the manufacturing process.
Dairy Products
Unfortunately the demand for dairy free products is very small and we have yet to find a supplier who offers good quality products at reasonable prices so regrettably we are not able to supply Dairy Free products this season.
No Sugar Added
The great majority of our No Sugar Added range is produced in Belgium by a top quality chocolatier who uses Maltitol as a sweetener. If you would like more information about these items please visit www.cavalier.be.
