I have a query about a particular product, what should I do? The best thing to do is to call the office on 01189 321043 and we can discuss it with you.

Will my chocolates melt during delivery if it’s really hot? If the weather is particularly warm, we normally contact customers and ask if we can postpone the delivery until it’s a bit cooler, normally only by a few days. If you urgently need the order, we will send them in polystyrene boxes and will do our best to protect the Chocolates inside. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any damages if you have decided to accept delivery of your order, despite the warm weather.

I can't find a particular product on the website, why would that be? At the start of the season, the item may not have been added but it will when it's in stock. If it's the middle or end of the season, this means the product is now out of stock.

Can I order over the phone? It is difficult for us to take orders over the phone now. If there is any reason you can't order via the website, please give us a call and we will see if we can help.


Placing an order

Do I need to register to place an order with you? You do. Once you have registered, you can view your order history and placing orders will be much easier & quicker!

Can I add a note with my order? Yes! Just pop the note into the ‘Order Comments’ section when placing your order.

Can I personalise my chocolates? We have a wide range of Chocolates boxes and bars that can have a personalised wrapper on. You can view this range here

How do I amend or cancel my order? Please call the office as soon as you can, we will do our best to help you with this. It will depend on whether your order has been processed.

Something went wrong with my order, what should I do? Please call the office as soon as you can, we will do our best to help you with this.

Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive? Depending on the Delivery method chosen at checkout, we expect Courier Tracked Orders to arrive within 1-2 days, Royal Mail 24 Orders to arrive in 1-3 days and Royal Mail 48 Order to arrive in 3-7 days. Please note this may be delayed during busy postal periods.

Can I order a next day delivery? If you place your order by midday and choose the express option, your order should be dispatched later that day and should arrive the next working day.

Can I order to multiple addresses on one order? We can only deliver to one specified address per order.

Do you deliver at the weekends? Royal Mail may deliver on a Saturday but DPD normally only deliver Monday – Friday.

Will I need to sign for my Order? Currently DPD do not require you to sign for your order but we would always recommend you provide us with details of where the package(s) can be left just in case (at your risk). Royal Mail parcels do not need to be signed for.

What delivery services do you offer: We offer 3 delivery services: Courier Tracked Next Day - £8.95, Royal Mail 24 - £6.95 and Royal Mail 48 - £4.50

My parcel hasn’t arrived, what should I do? Royal Mail is normally 48 hours but it’s a 3-5 working day service. If your order has not been delivered, check it’s not been left in your ‘safe place’ or with a neighbour. If you still cannot find it, please contact your local sorting office with the tracking number or call us. DPD orders are sent next day delivery from Monday to Thursday. Friday dispatches will arrive Monday. DPD will send a text to the number provided on your order on the morning of delivery to advise you of a one hour delivery slot and contain instructions of what you need to do if you want to change this. If your delivery has not arrived when expected, please call the office.

Chocolate Questions

Do you have any Chocolate that is fairtrade? All our chocolates containing Fair trade Cocoa will have the logo in the brochure and it will be listed on the web as fair trade. 

Do you do Vegan Chocolates? We have a range of Vegan products; these can be viewed herePsssst: As they are vegan, they're also dairy and lactose free!

Do you have any sugar free Chocolates? We don't have any sugar free or no added sugar products this year as that’s what makes them taste some yummy

Are any of your Chocolates nut free? As our products are made in factories that also create nut products, we can’t say any of our products are nut-free as there is a tiny chance of cross-contamination.

Are any of your products soya-free? Unfortunately, not, it’s a main ingredient of chocolate.

What are the expiry dates for the products? For specific items, please call the office. Chocolate tends to have a long date though, into the new year.
