Your Family & Friends delivery

If you give us your mobile number when you order then DPD will send you a text on the morning of your delivery to give you an estimated delivery time. 

You can also give us instructions with details of where the order can be left if you are not in but this is at your own risk.

If you cannot be there to receive it you can contact them to arrange an alternative time. It is your responsibility to ensure that there is someone at home to accept the delivery.

When your delivery arrives you will need to check that you have the correct number of boxes before you sign for it. If your delivery has been sent in more than one box then each box will be numbered. 

You can then open the box(es) and lay everything out in readiness for checking.

Take the order summary you used to create your order and carefully check that you have everything you ordered. DO NOT START PACKING ORDERS UP BEFORE CHECKING THE DELIVERY. If you do find any errors/damages then you will need to contact us with full details. In the case of damages we request that you take a picture of the damaged item and email it to vanessa@choc3.co.uk so that we can show it to our courier.

Once you have checked you have everything you need you can start to prepare each individual order. As everything should have been prepaid all you will need to do is hand the customers their chocolates.
