Family & Friends Plan

The easiest way to get the most out of this plan is to simply pass the five brochures we send you round to people you know and explain to them that if they combine their order with yours then you will all avoid paying postage.

If you have lots of friends e.g. at your workplace, at local schools or on Facebook then offer them the chance to look at a brochure and then order through you.

Once you have collected all the orders and payment from your friends you will need to summarise them into a combined order and place it on our website: 


When you order your pack of brochures we will add £5.00 Cashback into your online account and this will be automatically deducted from your first order and is valid until the end of that season. The Cashback will be linked to the email address you used when ordering your pack so please make sure you use the same account and email address when placing your order. In the past we have had some customers using different email addresses on multiple accounts and this meant that they had problems getting their cashback.

With your pack of brochures we will send you a special Family & Friends 10% discount code and you will need to insert that code into our website when you place the combined order.

Orders of over £175 will also qualify for FREE delivery.

We anticipate that your order should be with you in 3-5 working days.

Your delivery will normally be sent via DPD and you will need to check that you have the correct number of boxes before you sign for it. If your delivery has been sent in more than one box then each box will be numbered.

You can then open the box(es) and lay everything out in readiness for checking.

Take the order summary you used to create your order and carefully check that you have everything you ordered. DO NOT START PACKING ORDERS UP BEFORE CHECKING THE DELIVERY. If you do find any errors/damages then you will need to contact us with full details. In the case of damages we request that you take a picture of the damaged item and email it to so that we can show it to our courier. 

Once you have checked you have everything you need you can start to prepare each individual order. As everything should have been prepaid all you will need to do is hand the customer their chocolates.
